The site explains commercial property insurance and lets owners and managers of commercial property ask us for quotes or contact a broker. It is intended for business use by people in the United States who are responsible for insuring commercial property.

The material on the site is general information and is not insurance, legal or tax advice. The disclaimer on general information explains that in full, including that coverage is governed by the policy actually issued and that availability varies by state. It forms part of these terms.

No insurance is bound, changed or canceled through this website. Submitting a form asks us to contact you. Coverage exists only when a carrier has agreed to bind it and that has been confirmed to you in writing, and it is then governed by the policy the carrier issues.

When you send us information through the site, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to share it. Carriers rely on the information in a submission when they decide whether and on what terms to offer coverage, and inaccurate information can affect a quote, a policy or a claim.

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose or to send false, misleading or someone else's information;
• send automated or bulk submissions through the forms, or attempt to get around the limits placed on them;

These terms, and any dispute about the site or its content, are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law. This clause covers the website only. A policy placed for you is governed by its own terms and by the insurance law that applies to it, and nothing here takes away a protection that law gives you.
